On tenterhooks for that November release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1? Can't wait to see more of Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson? Here's a brief taster to quell the monster inside you.  Yes, the Twilight trio have appeared in a behind-the-scenes video that previews the first part of the finale. Most enlightening is Stewart's chat about her character's state of mind leading up to the wedding.  “There are few beats right before the wedding actually occurs that really send [Bella] into the anxiety that she brings into the ceremony, when she first starts walking down the aisle," Stewart told Entertainment Tonight. "There are a few looks from Edward that are just kind of unclear to her.”  After the stars get serious about their roles there's also some B-roll footage and on-set laughter that make this worth a peek.  Check out their chat below...   The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 opens on 18 November 2011.

According to a report by Variety, Warner Bros have set their sights high for the new take on Twilight Zone, with Christopher Nolan, Michael Bay and Alfonso Cuarón on the directorial wish list.

Although, for this version, WB aren't looking for the directors to tackle a segment each as a part of a portmanteau piece; they want one person to helm a single-storyline feature (unlike the 1983 version).

Nolan is apparently the favourite, not surprising given his track record with the studio, but Variety suggests he might be put off by the film's similarity to Inception.

It's also hard to imagine Nolan taking on a project that he hasn't had total creative control over at this stage in his career.

WB are said to be keen to work with Bay, and Cuarón has history with the studio, having recently shot Gravity for them (and let's not forget his work on Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban).

Also in the mix is Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes' Rupert Wyatt, who's described as the "dark horse" after the success (critical and commercial) of that movie this summer.

It's hard to imagine Bay generating spooks with any kind of subtlety, whereas we know Cuarón can create atmosphere to spare. It'd also be nice to see Wyatt given the reins on another big project.

Leonardo DiCaprio's Appian Way is also producing duty, although there's no hint at a release date for the new Twilight Zone yet.

 The latest trailer for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 is due to hit the web on Tuesday in the US and a small preview has been released online.  Hang on, did they just trail a trailer?  Yes, it seems this franchise is so popular that the filmmakers are whipping fans up into a frenzy about the thing that's supposed to whip them up into a frenzy.  This 15-second preview shows footage from the second trailer, which will premiere on Tuesday 4.30pm LA time (and by moving stones across an abacus we calculate that to be Wednesday 12.30am UK time).

A trio of new images from the final two-part Twilight movie have been released online courtesy of Entertainment Weekly.

With the first part of Breaking Dawn set for release at the end of this year, EW caught up with all of the franchise’s stars and got their thoughts on putting Twilight to bed once and for all.

“I like the honeymoon scenes,” Robert Pattinson says (see the first image below), ”because it’s such a massive turnaround in Edward and Bella’s relationship.”

The second image shows Maggie Grace, Casey LaBow and MyAnna Buring rocking their wedding outfits.

Meanwhile, Jake’s none-too-pleased when he receives his invite to Bella and Ed’s wedding ceremony. “He’s still getting over losing out on Bella,” says Taylor Lautner. ”By the end he’s able to accept it and deal with it like a man.”

WorstPreviews have got their hands on a slew of new images from Taylor Lautner's Abduction.

The movie, which is Lautner's shot at action hero status, sees him playing a young guy who discovers that his parents aren't what they seem, and before long he's running for his life.

We've no doubt that he'll get into plenty of tricky situations that necessitate the removal of his shirt…

Abduction is directed by John Singleton (Boyz n the Hood), and he's assembled quite a cast to support the Twilight star: Alfred Molina, Jason Isaacs, Maria Bello, Sigourney Weaver and Michael Nyqvist are all on board.

Twihards rejoice! The very first image from the upcoming Breaking Dawn has been released.

And it's not all that exciting. Well maybe it is if you've read the books. The image shows a hand on a bed clutching some feathers, and it's lit with a the glow of a romantic honeymoon location.

The guys at Collider have used their detective skills to ascertain that this is taken from a scene (minor spoilers follow) in which Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) spend their honeymoon on Isle Esma.

No doubt frightfully exciting for fans of the book, this image will mean absolutely zip to non-fans.

Quite what feathers are doing in the bed are, frankly anyone's guess. Is there some kind of unholy vampire ritual that sees a chicken brought into the marital bed?

Bill Condon, the director behind Gods and Monsters, Kinsey and Dreamgirls, is calling the shots on the Breaking Dawn two-parter.

Fans will probably have to wait a little longer for more detailed production photos, as the film is not scheduled for release until 18 November 2011, making this the biggest between-film hiatus of the saga.

Based on its pilot episode, No Ordinary Family is a solid show with a lot of potential.

This bit of casting news can only help its ratings, at least in the teen demographic: Twilight Saga star Jackson Rathbone will appear on the new ABC series this fall in a potentially recurring role.

The young actor is best known for playing Jasper Hale in that massively popular movie franchise.

On No Ordinary Family, EW reports he will portray a student that goes to school with Daphne. Named Trent Stafford, he'll be a recent victim of a home invasion. It stands to reason that Daphne and her special set of relatives will come to the rescue.

Spike TV's 2009 Scream Awards played out on Saturday, October 17, honoring achievements in science fiction, fantasy and horror.  These are awesome awards that make a mockery of both the Oscar's and the Emmy's, so good job Spike TV!

The big wins this year go to J.J. Abrams' Star Trek, followed by Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, then Twilight and True Blood.

There was a downside though. In what I consider to be worthy of the Ultimate Turd Award, William Shatner stepped up to accept the Ultimate Scream award for Star Trek. Honestly, the guy didn't star in it and admits to having never seen the film.  He's been nothing but disrespectful to the whole thing, so why he was given the opportunity to allow his ego to steal anyone else's thunder is beyond me.  To make matters worse, listen to what his all-mighty-bloatedness had to say:

"J.J., I’ll handle this. This movie was big. Imagine how big it could have been with me in it? … I’ll be waiting for your call."

Clearly everyone was in on the "surprise", but personally I found this moment to be a mockery of a great film.
