She's hot and her star is on the rise since the successful debut of Legend of the Seeker. The lovely Tabrett Bethell stars in an indie thriller called 'The Clinic'
The Clinic is the story of expectant mother Beth Church, drugged and abducted from a desolate outback motel. The year is 1979, many years before the advent of DNA. Beth wakens in an ice bath in an abandoned abattoir. Her baby has been removed from her. After searching for a way out she is found by three other young women all in the same predicament.
There is also one other young woman in the same predicament, Beth and the other three women soon discover that it is everyone for themselves as they find themselves in a deadly game of survival.
QuietEarth.us describes the film as part Vanishing, part Saw, and thinks the film looks like it'll bring a much needed twist to the typical backwoods horror genre. It's directed by first timer James Rabbitts, The Clinic also stars Andy Whitfield (Spartacus: Blood and Sand) and Clare Bowen
Here's to you Tabrett. Hope to see more of you in the future!
I've read the Sword of Truth series end to end a few times now and simply do not get tired of the tale. Terry Goodkind's masterpiece is a must for any lover of heroic fantasy. The Legend of the Seeker series starring Bridget Regan (Kahlan Amnell) and Tabrett Bethell (Cara) is awesome although in my opinion you enjoy it even more if you've read at least 'The Sword of Truth' first.
Anyway, I wanted to let you know that there are several signed copies of various chapters of the epic available on eBay.
With Legend of the Seeker S02E01 'Marked' about to premiere ABC has released five new awesome looking character posters.
The new season 2 episodes kick off on Saturday and Sunday, depending on where you live in the U.S. Be sure to check the Official Website for your local area screening time.
The first poster is of the Mord'Sith Cara (above). Check out the other four after the jump.
Bridget Regan, the gorgeous star of Legend of the Seeker and fan favorite for Wonder Woman, was interviewed on Fox 5 Morning News yesterday.
Despite the interview going for more than 5 minutes, the dumb-ass interviewer barely asked any questions of interest and couldn't even get the series name right, insultingly referring to it as "Legend of the Seekers" until the name of the series popped up on a screen at the end and she was able to read it (which was surprising in itself).
Still, in addition to demonstrating why morning show hosts should never breed, fans can get to feast their eyes upon Bridget Regan for a full five minutes and she does manage to squeeze in a few seconds of commentary regarding the upcoming second season.
