Take a look at the trailer for Tell Tale, a film inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's 'The Tell-Tale Heart' that revolves around a man who receives a donor heart, only to find that the heart begins to react to "the guilty". He must follow his heart in order to find the man that murdered the donor.

Tell Tale, produced by Ridley and Tony Scott, is directed by Michael Cuesta, whose credits include directing stints on True Blood, Dexter and the films L.I.E. and Twelve and Holding.

Josh Lucas (American Psycho / A Beautiful Mind / Poseidon) stars with 300 and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles' Lena Headey and Brian Cox (Troy / The Bourne Supremacy / X2).
