This is one crazy high action Flash game that I just keep coming back to over and over. I actually really came to appreciate this game when I sprained my left wrist and had to look for some one hand friendly flash games, and this one kept me entertained for hours. It's probably the simplest game you could care to play, with virtually zero learning curve - you just steer your ship through an onslaught of enemies and multi colored bullets whilst your automated weapons system blasts away everything in your path.

The game's opening splash screen warns that it is an intense visual experience, and it delivers that in spades. The amount of action on screen is breathtaking at some points and big props go to the developer for creating a game that can pack so much activity into such a small screen. One of the most appealing elements of the way the game plays out, is the geometric patterns and forms assumed by the various enemy ships and projectiles. It's an almost strange parallel to the frenetic pace of the game that the smooth symmetry and flower like patterns of the game elements are oddly soothing. 

This is one of those rare games where it doesn't matter if you are a pro or a noob, you are going to get nothing but fun out of playing. Yes, there is a tonne of pressure and action, but it's always enthralling and never stressful. I personally like my games to be pure enjoyment and fun (there's enough stress in the 'real' world) so this game is a big favorite for me for that reason.

As you play through the game you collect the coins that pop out of exploded enemy ships, or that expired enemy bullets transform into. You progressively gather riches as you play on, and between each level you purchase new addons and powerups that make the game even more exciting and allow you to take on the bigger and badder bosses you encounter.

It's definitely worth a bookmark and a repeat play or two, or seven, or several.
